x + 84 = 160 \times ( \frac{1}{x + 84} )
now,

 =  > (x + 84) (x + 84)=  160 - 84 \\  \\  =  >  {(x + 84)}^{2}  = 76 \\  \\  =  >  {(x + 84)} = 2 \sqrt{19}   \\  \\   =  > x = 2 \sqrt{19}  - 84
