Let, the number be x and y

ATQ,

x=12+y-----(1)

x+y=45----(2)

putting the value of x in equation (2)

=>x+y=45

=>12+y+y=45

=>12+2y=45

=>2y=45-12

=>2y=33

=>y=33/2

put the value of y in eq(1)

x=12+33/2

x=(24+33)/2

x=57/2

•°•x=57/2 , y=33/2
