Let the first number be x.
$another \: number \: will \: be \: = \: \frac{5}{8} x \\ \\ a.t.q \: \: x + \frac{5}{8} x \: = \: 104 \\ = > \: 2x \: = \: \frac{104 \times 8}{5} \\ = > \: 2x \: = \: 166.4 \\ = > \: x \: = \frac{166.4}{2} \\ therefore \: x \: = \: 83.2$
First number = 83.2
$second \: number \: = > \: \frac{5}{8} \times 83.2 \: = \: 52$
