Let the no. be 100
Since,it is increased by 25%
therefore,new no.=100+25% of 100=125
then, no. is decreased by 20%
so,new no.=125-20% of 125=125-25=100
So,the no. got is equal to the no.
100=100
therefore this no. is not decreased nor incresed
