HEYA !

TOTAL POSSIBLE OUTCOMES - 30

Prime numbers between 1 and 30 are 2 , 3 , 5 , 7 , 11 , 13 , 17 , 19 , 23 and 29.

TOTAL FAVOURABLE OUTCOMES - 10

P (E) = Total no. of favourable outcomes/ Total no. of possible outcomes

i.e. 10 / 30 = 1 / 3 .

Hence , option (c) 1/3 is correct.

Hope this helps mate!
