Subscript is a type of text formatting. Subscript makes your text smaller but moves it below the base line of your text. For subscript a text we have to follow some steps.

These steps are :

We have to highlight the text that we want to change.

Then we go up to the ribbon and go into the font section of the home tab and click the dialogue box launcher.

Then we go to subscript option and click and then have to click OK and immediately subscript is applied to your selected text.
