Subject : A number of scooters and cars which are parked on road causes blockage of streets.

I am writing this letter to the local secretary just to inform about those scooters and cars which are parked in our street which causes blockage. I just want you to ask those people who are parking their scooters and cars on our small Street to remove it immediately or I will give a legal complain to the police.
