According to question

10y+x=4(x+y)+3

10y+x=4x+4y+3

6y-3x=3

2y-x=1.....(1)

10y+x+18=10x+y

9y-9x=-18

From (1),x=2y-1

Put x in (2)

y-(2y-1)=-2

y-2y+1=-2

-y=-3

y=3

x=2(3)-1=5

x=5
