Just write an equation of what it says:
:
1/5 x + 5 =  1/4 x - 5
:
Add 5 to both sides and you have:
1/5 x + 10 = 1/4 x
:
Multiply equation by 20 to get rid of the denominators:
20*1/5 x + 20(10) = 20*1/4 x
:
cancel out the denominators
4x + 200 = 5x
:
200 = 5x - 4x
:
x = 200
:
You can check solution by substituting 200 for x in the original equation
