Hey mate ,

Total Favourable Outcomes = ,-4 -3, -2,-1,0,1,2,3 ,4 because they are putting in bars .

Thus = 9

Total number of outcomes = 9

Thus probability = Total number of Favourable outcomes / Total number of outcomes

=9/9

= 1

Thus it is also a sure event .
