1. For time taken use this formula V = U + at

2. Where U is initial velocity, V is final velocity, a is acceleration and t is time taken

3. Substituting given values in above equation we get time taken to get 10m/s velocity is 5 seconds

4. To find distance use S = Ut +0.5at^2 formula

5. Substitute the given values in above equation.

6. We get distance covered as 100 meters
