A open box is made of wood 3cm thick it's external length breadth and height are 1.48m,1.16mand 8.3m. Find the cost of painting the inner surface at rupees50per square meter

Given:-

•Outer measurements:-
•Length (l)=1.48m=148cm
•Breadth(b)=1.16m=116cm
•Height(h)=8.3m=830cm

thickness of box=3cm

•Inner measurements:-
l=142cm
b=110cm
h=854cm

To find:-cost of painting

•rate of painting=50 per m²

Inner surface =2(l+b)h+l×b
=2(142+110)854+142×110
=2×252×854+15620
=430416+15620

Area=446036cm²

In m²
Area=44.6036m²
