Given

Per month rent = Rs 2500

so 12 months = 12 x 2500 = 30,000

Per year = Rs 30,000

Given

5% increased every year

= 30,000 x 5/100 = 1500

= 30,000 + 1500 = 31,500

After one year it increased to Rs 31,500

_______________________________

= 31,500 x 5/100 = 1575

= 31,500 + 1575 = 33,075.

After 2 years it increased to Rs 33,075.

_______________________________

After 2 years per month rent

= 33075 ÷ 12

= 2756.25.

 \bold{After \: 2 \: years \: rent \: }

 \bold{Per \: month\: = \: 2756.25}

 \bold{Per \: year \: = \: 33,075}

Current rent per month= 2500 Rs
per year, Rent = 2500*12=30000
clearly, rent after 2nd year depends on rent after 1st year.(As rent increases by 5% of existing rent)

Increase in rent at end of 1 year =5% of 30000
= (5*30000)/100=1500
Rent for 2nd year will be 30000 + 1500= 31500 Rs.

Increase in rent at end of 2nd year= 5% of 31500
=(5*31500)/100= 1575

Rent for 3rd year = 31500+1575 = 33075 Rs

Hope it helps
