In pasteurised milk the normal milk is boiled at high temperatures and cooled down at very fast rate to kill the bacteria present in it.

Hey,

Your answer,

Normal Milk :-

› Normal or raw milk is the kind of milk obtained from pasture fed by cows. It may contain a huge amount of germs in it and isn't particularly suitable for drinking purposes. It's directly obtained from the cow sheds.

Pasteurised Milk :-

› The milk treated by pasteurization or the heating and rapid cooling of raw milk in order to destroy germs present in it is the pasteurized milk that we drink.
