a paper sheet is 300 M long and 150 cm wide envelops from small seeds measuring 10 cm and 3 cm have to be emailed find the total number of envelopes that can be made from the big sheet​

Area of long sheet = 300×150 = 45000 cm²

Area of small sheet = 10 × 3 = 30 cm ²

Total no. of small sheets which can be cut from large sheet = 45000÷30 = 1500

2 sheets are required to make 1 envelope

Total number of envelopes which can be made = 1500÷2 = 750

750 envelopes can be made
