With the help of yoga, we can do many things..
But first let's go deep into the instructions that how to do yoga!
1) Do it after bathing.
2) Do it in the Morning.
3) Do not eat anything before doing it.
4) Do every exercise 3minutes.
5) Wear comfortable and stretchable clothes while doing it.
We remain fit from doing yoga and remain healthy.
If we want to become a sportsman/women then nothing helps more than yoga.
