Answer:

When the capacitor is isolated from the cell, the charge of the capacitor will remain constant sometime and the slowly decay according to the time constant.

As the charge is constant, the electric filed and force between the plate will remain same.

As the potential is proportional to the separation of plates so when the separation increase,the potential will increase as well as energy store in the capacitor will increase.
