A parallelogram and a square have the same area . if the sides of the square measures 40 m ,and altitude of the parallelogram measures 25 m , find the length of the corresponding base of the parallelogram .

Area of side=Area of parallelogram

(Side of square)^2=Base*Height

40*40=Base*25

Base=(40*40)/25

Base=64 m
