if the park is a 40m length and 36 metre wide then its area will be = 40 X 36
= 1440 sq.m

if the boundary is 5 M inside then its length will be 35 M and breadth will be 31 m

and its area will be 31 X 35 =1085sq.m

so gravelling cost would be 1085 X 50 is equals to 54250 rs
