√225+400=25

So diagonal side is 25

Now area of quadrilateral park

=Area of right triangle +area of triangle of side 25,26,17

=(1\2×20×15) + (by heron's formula )

=(15×10)+( √34×(34-17)×(34-26)×(34-25) )

150+ (√34×17×8×9 )

=150+(17×4×3)

=150+204

=354m²
