a park is rectangular in shape its length is 500m and breadth is 300m five square flower bed of size 50m are dug find the remaining area of the park

Area of park = 500 * 300
                    = 150 000 
area of 1 flower bed = 50
area of 5 flower bed = 50 * 5
                                 = 250
area of the remaining area of park = 150 000 - 250
                                                       = 149750
