Combining the following equations,

E = mc² and E = hc/λ

we get,

m = h/λν

So, m = 6.62 * 10⁻²⁷/ ( 6.6 * 10⁻²⁹ * 10⁶ )

m = 1.003 * 10⁻⁴ g = 0.1 mg
