so your question is, Do a particle can have 0 acceleration while moving in a circular motion ?

#Ans :- No , any body moving in a circular path can't afford being constant in the terms of velocity .As , the direction changes velocity varies too !!

or in other words ,

As we know

{acceleration = change in velocity(u) / time (t)}

and , change in velocity ∝ change in direction

the time when body starts moving in circular path it will suffer from change in velocity with respect to time .

hence , we can't circulate any particle with 0 acceleration in the in a circular path .
