a particle is known to be at rest at time =0 .it is possible that there should be accelaration at t=0

If a particle is at rest means "0" velocity while time is also "0" then acceleration will also be "0" at that particular instant.

But, if time varies its value from "0" then acceleration can take place even at "0" velocity. Like in case of freely falling object under gravity.
