ANSWER;

distance = 218.75 m

displacement = 20 m

EXPLANATION:

as the radius is 10 m circumference in 2 * 3.14(pi) * 10=62.5

=3.5 rounds = 62.5 * 3.5 = 218.75

so distance = 218.75 m

displacement = diameter as displacement is from starting point to finishing              point

so displacement = 20 m
