A particle is moving in a circle of diameter 15 metre calculate the distance covered and displacement when it completes two rounds​

Answer:

Diameter of a circle (d) =15 m

Radius of the circle (r) = 7.5

Circumference of the circle =2 × pi × r

Distance covered by the particle when it completes 2 rounds

= 2(2 × 3.14 × 7.5)

Distance covered = 94.2 m

Displacement when the particle completes two rounds = 0

Because its final and initial position's are same
