diameter = 5m

radius = 2.5m

distance in 1 revolution = 2 (pi) r = 2 * 22/7 * 2.5

distance in 3 revolutions = 3* 22/7* 2* 2.5 (we could take the value of 22/7 as 3.14)

                                  = 3* 3.14* 5 = 9.42* 5 = 47.10

as the body comes back to the same position the displacement is 0

answer is 47.1 m....

explanation:

d/2=r

3(circumference of the circle)=distance covered

3*2*pi*r=dist.

i.e,15*22/7

dist.=47.1 m
