a particle is moving with constant speed v along x axis in positive direction find the angular velocity of a particle about the point (0,b), when position of the particle is (a,0). Please show me the diagrammatic representation of this question.

v =  \omega \times r =  \omega \: r \sin( \alpha )  =  \frac{b}{r}  \times r \times  \omega \\  \omega \: b =v  \\  \omega =  \frac{v}{b}
