Tension is maximum at the point H

Explanation:

case 1 : when the body is at lowermost position (h=0)

   T=m/r(u^2-3gh+gr)\\

At point L, h=0

T = m/r(u^2-3g(0)+gr)\\==> m/r(u^2+gr)

case 2 : When the body is at higher position (h=2r)

T = m/r(u^2-3gh+gr)

At point H, h=2r

T=m/r(u^2-3g(2r)+gr)\\==> m/r(u^2-5gr)

Relationship between the tensions at the highest point and the lowest point

mu^2/r+mg-mu^2/r+5mg\\==>6mg

As a result the tension at lower point will be six times more than that of the tension at the higher point

Hence the tension will be maximum at point H
