A particle is thrown from a building with v = 10m/s in upward direction. It strikes the ground with v= 30m/s. calculate the time taken and height​

1) Using,

v²-u² =2gs

u² =196

u=14m/s, where u is the velocity with which the object is thrown upwards.

2) Using,

v=u+gt

t= v-u/g

=1.43 sec
