a particle moves along the parabolic path y= 2x -x^2 + 2, in such a way that the x-component of velocity vector remains constant (5 m/s). find the magnitude of acceleration

i think magnitude of acceleration will be 2 because in equation velocity means dy/dx
and acceleration means d^2y/dx^2.
the you diff two time value come will be -2 and magnitude always positive it means answer will be 2
