V=r*angular velocity

10=0.2*angular velocity

Angular velocity=10/.2=.5

We know that :

linear velocity = angular velocity × radius

Angular velocity = linear velocity / radius

                           = 10 / 20

                           = 1/2

                            = 0.5 rad/s

The angular velocity is 0.5 rad/s

Hope it helps :-)
