A particle moves in a straight line with a velocity v m per sec given by v = 2t^2 - 3t - 2. When t = 0, its displacement from the origin is 3 m, find the displacement when t = 3

integrate it to find displacement

Iv = I2t² - I 3t. - I2

= 2[t³/3] - 3[t²/2] - 2

limit is from 0 to 3

= 2/3*27 - 3/2*9 -2

=18- 27/2 - 2

= 36-27-4/2

= 5/2

= 2.5m
