A particle moves on a straight line in such a way that it covers 1st half distance with speed 3m/s and next half distance cover in 2 equal time interval with speed 4.5m/s and 7.5m/s respectively .Find the avg. speed of the particle.

Explanation:

First step to solve this question you should read this question very quietly  Then 2nd step- we will calculate 2 equal time intervals so,

                     2*4.5*7.5/4.5+7.5

                =  67.5/12

                = 5.62

Now calculate 1st half distance with 2 equal distance sum value

                                        v1+v2/2

                                      = 3+5.62/2

                                     = 8.62/2

                                      4.30 m/s
