Answer:

v = 0m/s

u = 20m/s

t = 50s

a = ?

[ a = v - u / t ]

a = 0m/s - 20m/s / 50s

a = -20m/s / 50s

a = -0.4m/s^2

acceleration = -0.4m/s^2

u = 20m/s

t = 50s

a = -0.4m/s^2

s = ?

[ s = ut + 1/2at^2 ]

s = 20m/s * 50s + 1/2 * -0.4m/s^2 * ( 50s )^2

s = 1000m + ( -0.2m/s^2 ) * 2500s^2

s = 1000m - 500m

s = 500m

distance = 500m
