Since the particle is moving with constant speed, the change in speed is equal to 10-10=0

Initial direction is considered positive then initial velocity=+10m/s, after half revolution v=-10m/s (since direction is opposite to initial velocity.)
Therefore change in velocity=10-(-10)=20m/s

P.S. This question shows that velocity changes upon changing direction as it is a vector quantity but speed doesn't change with change in direction as it is scaler.
