the correct expression is 2t²+3t+4
now we will differentiate y(t)
so it will be as follows
4t+3
now we need v and u
so u=4(0)+3=3m/s for t=0
and v=4(3)+3=15m/s. for t=3
now average velocity is v+u/2
i.e 3+15/2
=18/2
=9m/s
