We can say that, the displacement is the hypotenuse of the figure.

Here,

→ d² = 10² + 20²

Where,

→ d² = 100 + 400

→ d² = 500

→ d = √500

→ d = √2 × 2 × 5 × 5 × 5

→ d = 10√5

→ d = 10 × 2.23

→ d = 22.3km

The displacement is 22.3km
