Answer: V/10=1.

Explanation:

A particle starts to move in positive x-direction from origin and its velocity varies with x as V = 4root X m/s. If average velocity of particle (in m/s) averaged over the time the particle has cover 400 m distance is v, then find the value of V/10:-

Given that the :-

The Velocity is 4(x)^1/2=v is the relation of v and x.

The average velocity: for 400m will be:-total disp/total time,

As the total distance is 400m:-

We need to find the time taken to cover 400metres.

So, its:-

v=4*\sqrt{x}

We know that:-

The differential relation between x and v is:-

v=dx/dt. replace in the equation and arrange terms.

dx/  \sqrt{x}=4dt integrate on both sides:-

Definitely for x it 0 to 400metres and time from 0 to t seconds.

2\sqrt{x}(limits 0 to 400m) = t(limits 0 to t seconds)

Need to find t value:-

2(20-0)=t,

So the value of t= 40 seconds,

Now  finding the value of average speed is total distance/total time.

Average speed = 400m/40s.

Average speed =10m/s.

The average speed is 10m/s =V,

So V/10 is 1. (Answer)

Answer the value of V/10 is 1.
