Initial tangential speed = 5 m/s
Final tangential speed = 6 m/s
Time taken = 2 s.

Tangential acceleration is the rate of change of speed.
a_t= \frac{v-u}{t}  = \frac{6-5}{2} = 0.5 ms^{-2}

Radius of the circle, R = 20 cm = 0.2 m

Angular acceleration , α = \frac{a_t}{R} = \frac{0.5}{0.2} = 2.5 rad s^{-2}
