A particular resistance wire has a resistance of 3 ohm per metre find the potential difference of the battery which gives a current of 2a in each of the 1.5m length when connected im parellel to the battery and also assume that the resistance of battery is negligible

hense 1 m has 3 ohm resistance

then 1.5 metre long wire has resistance is --- 1.5× 3 = 4.5 ohm

current = 2 ampere

v = ir

v = 4.5 ×2 = 9 v
