increased area of park = 75 ×75

area of park excluding track = 70×70

therefore we can get the area of park if we just subtract the area of park from thr area of track + park

(75×75)-(70×70)

5( 15×15 - 14×14)

5(225-196)

5 × 29

= 145 m^2 ans
