one pear represent x. One orange represent y. But as oranges are less than pear so y=x-y.
Hence 4x+6y where y=x-y
Therefore 4x+6(x-y)
4x+6x-6y
10x-6y
Hence 4x+6y where y=x-y
Therefore 4x+6(x-y)
4x+6x-6y
10x-6y
