here is your answer

given :

height = 80 meter

initial velocity = 0

acceleration due to gravity = g = 10 m/s²

to find : time taken by the pebble to reach the ground

solution :

h = ut+1/2gt²

80 = 0+1/2*10*t²

20t² = 80

t² = 4

t = 2 seconds

so, the pebble will take 2 seconds to reach the ground.

\huge\underline\pink{\tt Hey \: mate }

Given,

Height = 80metres

initial velocity = 0

acceleration = 10m/s²

Now,

80 = 0 + 1/2 × 10 × t²

5t² = 80

t² = 16

t = 4

Hence time taken is 4 second
