The cost of pen one = 3/2 of the half of the cost of the set

= 3/4 x 250

= Rs 187.5

The cost of second pen = 1/2 of the cost of half the cost of pen set.

= 1/2 x 1/2 x 250

= 1/4 x 250

= Rs 67.5
