. A pencil when dipped in water in a glass tumbler appear to be bent at the interface of air and water will the pencil appear to be bent to the same extent if instead of water we are liquids like kerosene (or) turpentine ?Support your answer with reason,?

yes the pencil will appear to be bend in other liquids too. bcoz for refraction to occur yhere must be a change in medium of the light ray so when the rays travel from air to kerosene there will be refraction due to change in medium and the pencil will appera to bend
