t = 30 days = 30×24×60×60 = 2.6×10^6 s

# Formula-
Loss/gain of time in time t is given by-
∆t = 1/2 α∆Tt =
∆t = 1/2 α (T2-T1) t
∆t = 0.5 × 9×10^-7 × (30-20) × 2.6×10^6
∆t = 4.5×2.6
∆t = 11.7 s
