side = 2a+3b-c

perimeter= 4(2a+3b-c)

putting the value of a, b, c

=4(2*4+3*2-3)

=4*11

=44

area= (2a+3b-c) (2a+3b-c)

=(2*4+3*2-3)(2*4+3*2-3)

=11*11

=121
