$30x + 20y = 350 \: \: \: \: \:$

7 cows and 5 horses are multiplied by 4, thus becomes

$28x + 20y = 340$

by equivating the 2 equation,we get,

$x = 5$

substituting x =5 in 1, we get,

$y = 10$

thus the price of cows is 5rs. and the price of horse is 10rs.
