Let the CP of first watch = x
Then, the CP of second watch = (480-x)
loss% = 15%

SP of first watch = 100-loss%/100*CP
= 100-15%/100*x
= 85x / 100

SP of second watch, profit = 19%
SP of second watch = 100+gain%/100*CP
= 100+19/100*(480-x)
= 119/100*(480-x)
= 119(480-x) / 100

According to question
SP of first watch = SP of second watch
85x /100
85x /100 = 119(480-x) /100
85x = 119(480-x)
85x. = 119*480-119x
85x + 119x. = 119*480
204x. = 119*480
x. = 119*480/204
x. = 57,120 / 204
x. = 280

CP of first watch = x = 280
CP of second watch = (480-x)
= (480-280)
= 200
